At ZENDORRA, we stand behind the quality of our furniture and your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges under the conditions outlined below.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 28 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

  • Requests made after 28 days are not eligible for refund or replacement


Accepted Reasons for Return or Refund

We accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • The item was damaged during shipping

  • The item appears to be tampered with

Please note: Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.


Return Process

Customers are responsible for returning the item and must provide tracking details to our support team.

Return Options:

  • By Mail (printable return label provided)

  • In-Store (if applicable)

Return Labels:

  • Provided for both defective items and customer remorse

  • Must be used within the 28-day return window


Product Condition for Returns

All returned items must:

  • Be in new condition

  • Have no signs of wear, use, or damage

  • Include all original packaging and components


Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange:

  2. We will review your request and provide return instructions


Refund Terms

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

If you've completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us.


Return Availability by Country

  • France: Returns are accepted

  • Other countries: Please contact us before initiating a return


Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee on returned items.
